Further to the announcement made on 30 June 2026, 6 August 2026, 1 September 2026 and 1 October 2026 in respect of the variation between mandated estimated aggregate value and actual value of RRPT, Kobay wishes to announce that the actual value of the RRPT entered into by its 51% owned subsidiary, Kual Technologies Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 199801000031 (456157-P)], and its related party, UA Materials Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No.: 200001020131 (522738-P)], has further exceeded the mandated estimated aggregate value of RRPT disclosed in the Circular to Shareholders dated 31 October 2025, from the date of AGM to the date of this announcement by 75.03%.
