The Board of Directors of Kobay Technology Bhd. wishes to announce that the actual value of the Recurrent Related Party Transaction entered into between its 51% owned subsidiary, Kual Technologies Sdn. Bhd., and its related party, UA Materials Sdn. Bhd. has exceeded the estimated aggregate value disclosed in the Circular to Shareholders dated 31 October 2025 by more than 10%. This shareholder mandate was previously sought and approved by the shareholders of the Company at its 31st Annual General Meeting held on 5 December 2025.
