Further to the announcements made on 6 August 2026 and 30 June 2026 in respect of the variation between mandated estimated aggregate value and actual value of RRPT, Kobay Technology Bhd. wishes to announce that the actual value of the Recurrent Related Party Transaction (“RRPT”) entered into by its 51% owned subsidiary, Kual Technologies Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 199801000031 (456157-P)], and its related party, UA Materials Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No.: 200001020131 (522738-P)] has further exceeded the mandated estimated aggregate value of RRPT disclosed in the Circular to Shareholders dated 31 October 2025 by more than 10%.
