The Board of Directors of Kobay Technology Bhd. (“Kobay”) wishes to announce that on 7 October 2013, its wholly owned subsidiary, LD Global Sdn. Bhd. (518757-T) (“LD”), has entered into a Sale & Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) to acquire a piece of freehold land located at Pulau Langkawi (hereinafter referred to as “the Property”), for a total purchase consideration of RM14,000,000 (hereinafter referred to as “the Proposed Acquisition”).
