The Board of Kobay Technology Bhd. (“the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek its shareholders’ approval in respect of the following proposals at the forthcoming Twenty-Ninth (29th) Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened on a date to be announced :
(i) Proposed Renewal of Existing Share Buy-Back Authority; and
(ii) Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature.
