Reference is made to our announcement dated 7 October 2013 (KT : 131007-59966) in relation to LD Global Sdn. Bhd. (518757-T), a wholly owned subsidiary of Kobay Technology Bhd., for the acquisition of a piece of freehold land located at Pulau Langkawi for a total purchase consideration of RM14,000,000.
Kobay wishes to announce that the above acquisition has been completed in accordance with the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 7 October 2013.
