Further to the general announcement made on 11 July 2017 with reference number GA1-11072017-00039, the Board of Directors of Kobay Technology Bhd wishes to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Bend Weld Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (“BWE”), via its solicitor, Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill (“BWE’s Solicitors”), had on 12 July 2017 obtained the sealed copy of the Writ of Summon. The Writ and Statement of Claim both dated 11 July 2017, had been served to NGLTech Sdn Bhd (“NGL”) on 13 July 2017.
On even date, BWE’s Solicitors received a notice dated 12 July 2017 from the Assistant Registrar of Kuala Lumpur High Court notified that the case management pertaining to BWE’s suit against NGL is fixed on 25 July 2017.
