| Outcome of Meeting | The Company wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) dated 28 October 2016, had been approved by way of poll at the AGM of the Company held on 14 December 2016.
The voting in respect of the resolutions was carried out by way of poll and the results were validated by Messrs Value Creator Consultancy, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. Details of the said results are set out in the attachment. This announcement is dated 14 December 2016. |
