The terms used herein shall, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcement dated 25 October 2016.
The Bonus Issue will entail the issuance of up to 34,040,375 Bonus Shares to be credited as fully paid-up on the basis of one (1) Bonus Share for every two (2) existing Kobay Shares held by the Entitled Shareholders.
The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 3 January 2017, being one (1) market day after the Entitlement Date.
The notice of allotment for the Bonus Shares to the Entitled Shareholders will be issued and despatched within four (4) market days after the date of listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
