We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 5 January 2021, 19 February 2021, 25 February 2021, 12 April 2021, 20 April 2021, 23 April 2021, 11 May 2021 and 12 May 2021 in relation to the Proposals. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.
On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that 204,187,202 Bonus Shares have been issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue of Shares and will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 1 June 2021, being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date.
Following the above, the enlarged issued share capital of the Company will be RM102,103,907 comprising 306,280,803 Kobay Shares (including 6,000,000 treasury shares).
