Further to the general announcements made on 11 July 2017 with reference number GA1-11072017-00039, on 12 July 2017 with reference number GA1-14072017-00085 and on 25 July 2017 with reference number GA1-25072017-00125, the Board of Directors of Kobay Technology Bhd. wishes to announce that during the case management held on 8 September 2017, the following directions were given by the Judge :-
1) The next case management has been set on 27 October 2017 to file bundle of pleadings, statement of agreed facts, issues and chronology;
2) The trial of the case is fixed on 7 May 2018 to 11 May 2018; and
3) Further, with the agreement of the parties, mediation will take place concurrently with the legal proceedings, where an out-of-court resolution would be attempted.
