BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (PENANG)
Responsibilities:
-
To establish strategic marketing plan and to identify and develop marketing opportunities in both local and oversea region.
-
Hands on managerial experience, particularly in supervising a team of staff and able to plan and
organize effectively.
-
Identifying new clients in a wide variety of industry sectors.
-
Share and brainstorm new ideas and marketing strategies, and carry out regular industry benchmarking in order to ensure strategies are always aligned with business objectives and one step ahead of competitors for sustainable competitive edge.

To provide daily customer service and technical support.
-
Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
-
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field and industry is required for this position.

Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
VICE PRESIDENT (PENANG)
Responsibilities:
-
Responsible to oversee and develop the Strategic Business Group in precision engineering sector to achieve high performance and growth.
-
Assist, support and facilitate development and implementation of strategies, business, and operational plans to deliver key strategic priorities and targets.
-
Ensure strong standards in the delivery of all strategic projects in regards to deliverables, timelines, budget, risk management and accountabilities.
-
Build a center of excellence for project management expertise in regards to providing technical support, tools, best practices, training and coaching.
-
Perform market/industry/company benchmarking, analysis and sharing of insights.
-
To fully manage end-to-end functions and ensure smooth flow of the operating systems and processes.
-
To enthusiastically drive and implement sales related activities and achieve sales and profitability targets.
-
To continuously review and identify areas for improvement / efficiency encompassing people development, service operations and customer satisfaction.
-
Able to work independently and possess strong interpersonal skills.
-
Undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
-
Possess a reputable degree in Engineering/Manufacturing/Production or equivalent.
-
At least 5 years relevant experience in a similar industry or any semicon industry in a senior managerial position would be an added advantage.

Good communication skills in English, Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malaysia.

Superior analytical, problem-solving, solution structuring and influencing skills.
-
Excellent leadership, collaboration and presentation skills.
