Polytool Integration Sdn. Bhd. (PIN), a subsidiary of Kobay Technology Bhd, with an experience over a decade in automated equipment manufacturing has designed and built the first dicing saw machines in Malaysia.

Product Purchasing Magazine, has awarded DT 8800 Taping machine as a 'Product of the Year 2001’, which was designed and assembled by PIN with its highly dedicated technical team

PIN also offers a wide range of a custom made machine which covers from the Opto Electronics to Semiconductor Equipment Manufacturing process.
